Do you issue refunds? 

At this time I unfortunately do not issue refunds.

Do you accept returns? 

I do not accept returns, if you are unhappy with your order please reach out and I can make exceptions of a case by case basis.

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States, and Canada.

How do I know when my package has been shipped?

You will recieve a tracking number when your order has shipped, please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update with the estimated delivery date. 

Do you do custom orders?

Custom orders can be requested but may take up to 6 weeks to complete. Please fill out the Request a Custom form on the beaded earrings tab and we will get back to you on if we can accept.
